Shipping & Returns

Free shipping in Australia above $80 and we ship internationally. 

Delivery

  • Deliveries will be made by post / a carrier instructed by us to the address stipulated in your order. You must ensure that someone is present to accept delivery.
  • We aim to address and dispatch all orders within 4 working days. If you are in Australia, you should receive your goods within 4 - 7 business days from date of dispatch. For international orders you should receive your goods within 10 - 15 business days from date of dispatch.
  • We use multiple leading Australian carriers to dispatch goods. Once your purchase has been confirmed we will then notify you via email of your goods being dispatched.
  • Goods returned because of non collection will incur an additional postage charge for redelivery. 
  • We use Australia Post to send international parcels with Pack and Track International. This service is available to 26 countries which are listed at http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/pack-and-track-international.html. We are unable to post to other international destinations.
  • There may be Taxes or Duties applied by customs towards your order when, or after delivery is made. These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping charge, and are unable to be paid for, or reimbursed by UNIT NINE. Customers are responsible for paying any additional customs or duties charges that may be incurred on their order. 

 

Returns

  • We do not exchange products or provide refunds simply because you change your mind or made a mistake with your order.
  • We cannot provide a refund or exchange products that has been personalised.
  • Products will be accepted for return at our discretion. We do however provide credit notes or exchange for faulty products if the following conditions are met:
    • Contact must be made to hello@unitnine.com.au within 7 days of delivery date
    • The item must be in original condition and original packaging.
    • Return or exchange items must be sent back within 14 days of delivery date

 

Damaged / Faulty Goods

  • Damaged / faulty items must be returned in their original condition with all their accompanying accessories.
  • In the unlikely event you have received an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will respond to your request within 5 working days.
  • We will do our best to provide you with a replacement however if one is not available we will issue you with a credit note.

 

Return postage costs

  • We are not responsible for the cost of return / exchange item postage or insurance. We cannot be held liable for the loss of items returned.
  • We recommend that you use a registered postal service when completing a return.
